MoreCombigan Drop 5Ml is a medication used to treat elevated intraocular pressure in cases of glaucoma. It belongs to a class of drugs known as ocular hypotensive agents, effectively reducing pressure within the eye. It contains a combination of two active ingredients that help improve eye condition.
The components of Combigan, Timolol Maleate and Brimonidine Tartrate, work by reducing fluid production within the eye and increasing its drainage. Timolol is a non-selective beta-blocker that decreases aqueous humor production, while Brimonidine increases fluid drainage, leading to reduced intraocular pressure. This combination provides significant clinical benefits in managing glaucoma, helping to protect the optic nerve and preserve vision.

Eye Drop
Use Combigan Drop by placing one drop in the affected eye twice daily, or as directed by a physician. Avoid contact of the dropper tip with the eye or any other surface to prevent contamination. After use, it is recommended to press the inner corner of the eye for one minute to prevent the medication from draining into the nose and throat.
