Shipping Fees:

  • Delivery within Riyadh is free for orders over 199.
  • Delivery within Riyadh costs 18.99 for orders below 199.
  • Delivery outside Riyadh has a fixed shipping fee of 21.99.
  • Delivery to Red Box smart lockers is free for orders over 199.
  • Delivery to Red Box smart lockers costs 14.99 for orders below 199.

Note:

- Cash on Delivery is available with an additional fee of 20.


Delivery Time:

We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on traffic conditions or product availability:

  • Orders within Riyadh may take 24–48 business hours.
  • Orders outside Riyadh may take 2–5 business days depending on the city.
  • Delivery to Red Box smart lockers may take 1–5 business days depending on the city.

Note:

- Home delivery through shipping companies is available in major cities only. Customers in nearby villages may need to collect their shipments from the shipping company’s branch.
