Cashback Terms & Conditions for the Website and Mobile App

• Cashback is earned on purchases made through the website or mobile app on all products, except for baby food and infant formula, baby diapers, and adult diapers.

• Cashback will be added to the customer's e-wallet after the order has been received through the website or mobile app only.

• For purchases made in-store, cashback is credited to the branch wallet and is not added to the website or app e-wallet.

• You can check the cashback value by adding products to your cart and clicking "Proceed to Checkout."

• You can use your wallet balance within 6 months from the order date, with no conditions attached.

• If any product that earned cashback is returned, the corresponding cashback amount will be automatically deducted from the e-wallet.

• Outlet Pharmacy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the cashback program without prior notice.
