Cashback Terms & Conditions (Website & Mobile Application)
- Cashback is calculated on all products purchased through the website or mobile application, excluding : baby food & milk, baby & adult diapers.
- Cashback value will be added to the customer’s e-wallet only after completing the order through the website or mobile application.
- For purchases made through branches, cashback will be added to the branch wallet and will not be transferred to the website or application e-wallet.
- Cashback balance in the e-wallet is valid for 6 months from the order issuance date.
- In case of returning any product eligible for cashback, the corresponding cashback amount will be automatically deducted from the e-wallet.
