Payment and delivery

Shipping Fees:

• Free delivery for orders over 250.
• Delivery costs 18 for orders below 250.
• Delivery to RedBox smart lockers is free for orders over 250.
• Delivery to RedBox smart lockers costs 14 for orders below 250.
• Express delivery within Riyadh is available at a variable fee depending on the distance.

Note:

• Cash on Delivery is available for an additional fee of 20.

Delivery Time:

We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on traffic conditions and product availability:

• Orders within Riyadh may take 24–48 business hours.
• Orders outside Riyadh may take 2–5 business days, depending on the city.
• Delivery to RedBox smart lockers may take 1–5 business days, depending on the city.
• Express delivery orders within Riyadh may take 1–2 hours.

Note:

• Home delivery by shipping companies is available in major cities. For surrounding villages and remote areas, shipments may need to be collected from the shipping company's nearest branch.
